Rolls with cream cheese and cinnamon
Delicious crispy rolls with a taste of cream cheese and cinnamon variety to your Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    230 g

  • Bread

    20 slice

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1.25 cup

  • Butter

    0.5 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 Tbsp

With slices of toast bread cut off the crust and each piece of roll.

To the yolks add 1/4 Cup sugar and beat with a mixer. Add cream cheese to room temperature and again all whisk until smooth.

Each slice to grease with cream cheese cream before reaching the edge of about 5 mm. and wrap into a tube.

The remaining sugar (1 Cup) mix with cinnamon. melt butter.

In the original recipe it has been said that every tube should be dipped in melted butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon (which I initially did), but it seemed to me that too much oil and sugar. And then I decided to make the remaining tubes a little differently, and the way that the taste wasn't affected, but I reduced the number of butter and sugar. And so the second option: to stack the rolls on a baking sheet, brush with butter and sprinkle with mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in a preheated 180*C (350*F) oven for 30 minutes until Golden brown.
