Fried pies with blueberries and cranberries
Fried pies with forest berries. Sweet and sour taste. The berries remained intact, and the pies have not emerged. The dough is soft and lush.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    100 ml

  • Yeast

    30 g

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 tsp

  • Berry

    600 g

  • Sugar

    10 tsp

  • Corn starch

    10 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

  • Vinegar

In the forest there are still berries. I found a clearing and got a liter of blueberries. Berries are large and well-kept bushes. Cranberries, too, are ripe and sweet.
