I really don't like when on the second day at chop breading limp and no longer crisp. And here you came home from work and while cooking the garnish, otbivnoy rolled in panirovke, in the pan, splash, splash, and dinner is ready! :-) In this marinade the meat in the refrigerator can be stored up to 3 days without losing in the taste (even better) and, most importantly, the quality of the product! Originality is not claimed, just maybe someone will come in handy!

Cooking
Meat wash, dry it well and cut across the grain into slices with a thickness of 1 cm

After 30 minutes (as an option - ran from work, the husband urgently demanded is) otbivnoy just dip them in what you want (crackers, flour, sesame seeds, parsley, paprika, oat flakes, corn flakes.............. the mass of options) and quickly fry in very hot vegetable oil until tender (2-3 minutes each side).
