Spicy wild rice with capsicum and pineapple
Natural ("wild") rice has its own special flavor, and in combination with pineapple, capsicum and seasoning it can be served as a side dish or a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

  • Paprika sweet

    1 piece

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Wild rice

    125 g

  • Pineapple

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Rice is boiled in salted water for 25-30 minutes. While the rice is cooking clean the leeks, paprika; fry in butter sliced rings leeks for 2-3 minutes, add diced peppers, simmer for 7-10 minutes. With the ready rice,drain water

Add it to the vegetables, add the seasoning packet, add the diced pineapple, mix well and turn off the stove.
