Salad with beans and bulgur
Very interesting and tasty dish. This salad can be a separate dish as it is very hearty, and can be a great side dish to meat.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    50 g

  • Beans

    10 piece

  • Cheese

    25 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    3 tsp

  • Salt

  • Walnuts

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Soak the bulgur for 30 minutes and boil in water for 15-20 minutes. In the finished porridge add the lemon juice and stir. Recline in a colander.

Beans wash, cut into 2-3 pieces and boil 10 minutes in water (or in a double boiler).

Cheese grate on a fine grater. Garlic clove is also three on a small grater.

In a pan heat oil, put the beans, garlic and fry for 15-20 seconds.

Add cheese, quickly stir so that the cheese covered the whole beans,

add the bulgur and stir again quickly. Turn off the heat, add salt to taste, add black pepper.

Put on a plate. Top (optional) sprinkle with walnuts.
