Salad with ciabatta and flounder
Original hearty salad.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Flounder

    1 piece

  • Rosemary

    10 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bread

    0.5 piece

  • Basil

    15 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Olive oil

    70 ml

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Cut the tomatoes into 4 parts.

Chop the red onion half-rings.

Ciabatta cut into large cubes.

Chop the rosemary.

Put into a form and mix tomato, onion, ciabatta, salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.

In a skillet sauté fillet of flounder, salt and pepper.(pan should be hot, fry 1-2 minutes)

Lay the flounder on a salad, decorate the top with Basil.
