Here our products. Here in the photo there's a can of pineapple and sour cream, but I don't use them, at first I thought that I would, but then changed his mind. Tropical cocktail is also there in the photo. In the store they are different.
Cocktail to open and separate the juice and fruit. So that was my cocktail.
Now pour the fruit into the blender+cream+half the juice from the cocktail. Good all beat. Then begins is a matter of taste: little by little (about 2 tsp) add seasonings (curry, paprika, garlic, lemon juice and pomelo), again mix well and taste it. If you lack something, then to put another. I then added, but little by little, until the sauce has acquired, for me, the right taste.
Chicken is cut, season with salt and put in our sauce. Leave to soak. I left for the night.
After the chicken together with the sauce spread on a baking sheet and place in oven 150=180*C, bake until tender.
