What could be better than fresh, fragrant bread? Only bread baked with his own hands. The bread for this recipe turns out soft, fluffy with a slight aroma of rosemary and honey.

Cooking
1. To make bread we need flour, water, dry yeast, olive oil, salt and fresh rosemary.
2. In a Cup mix the sifted flour, salt, yeast and chopped rosemary leaves.
3. In a separate bowl mix the warm water, olive oil and honey. Stir until complete dissolution of honey.
4. Gradually add liquid to flour mixture. Mix well and knead a soft elastic dough. Knead the dough for at least 5 minutes.
5. Put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a towel and let rise until doubled, about an hour.
6. Put the dough on the work surface, molded the future bread. I baked in the shape of a loaf.
7. To do this, split the dough into a rectangle. One edge of the dough to wrap to the middle. Then turn the dough and fold back the opposite edge of the dough toward the center.
8. Flip the loaf and place on a baking tray lined with parchment seam side down. Cover and leave for a secondary approach for 20-25 minutes. Then use a sharp knife to the surface of the loaf oblique incisions. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
9. Bake bread 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 180 °C and bake for another 20 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
