Vegetable patties with beetroot
I suggest you to diversify your menu during lent. Tasty, useful and interesting. The tartness of cranberries and sweetness of the raisins give a very interesting touch to the stuffing. Very simple to prepare, and do not require a lot of time waiting.

Ingredients

  • Water, carbonated

    200 ml

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Cranberry

    1 handful

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

The raisins and cranberries to soak for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain, rinse and dry on a paper towel.

In Fanta add 1 tablespoon of sugar universal TM "Mistral"

Pour the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.

Knead a smooth dough. Wrap in clingfilm and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

The raisins and cranberries crushed with a knife.

Beets grate on a coarse grater, and squeeze out excess juice.

Mix beets with raisins and cranberries. Preheat oven to 180gr.

Roll the dough into a thin layer (maximum 3 mm). Cut into rectangles. On the one hand to make 3 cuts and on the other to put the filling.

Fold the dough in half. Flatten edges with a fork. Bake the pastries for 20-25 minutes. A little cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
