Warm salad of beets and prunes
Delicious and healthy salad which is very simple.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    700 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Prunes

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Vinegar

Beets wash and clean. Cut into thin strips (you can use a grater for carrots in Korean). The pan pour vegetable oil and put the beets. Simmer approximately one hour, stirring occasionally and, if necessary, adding water.

Then add salt to taste, sugar, vinegar (lemon juice), washed and chopped prunes. Simmer another 20-30 minutes.

Can be eaten warm, but when cooled, it becomes even tastier. Bon appetit!!!
