Mincemeat from fresh cabbage
This recipe I found in "ancient&am p;quot; room "Peasant ". The author argues that taste can not be distinguished from the present herring forshmak. I took a chance to cook. I don't know how it is similar to herring, but it turned out something unusual.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    600 g

  • Crackers

    4 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Milk

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Liquid smoke

Cooking

Soak the breadcrumbs in milk or water

Cabbage cabbage to disassemble the leaves, boil in salted water until tender (do not overcook). Drain the water and allow the leaves to cool to 40 degrees. Well their squeeze and mince. I crushed in the blender.
