Cooking

step-0
Ingredients for the dough and the filling.
step-1
Dough - the flour is sifted into the container ( 800 g). Poured the sachet fast-acting yeast. Poured the water. Added sugar, salt and 6.5 tablespoons of oil. Well mixed and covered with a large towel so that the dough rose faster.
step-2
Within the hour the dough twice obmanula. On the table poured the remaining flour and roll out the dough until no longer sticky (200 g).
step-3
Stuffing - salmon and onion cut into small cubes and 7 minutes fried with two tablespoons of oil.
step-4
Salmon combined with cooked rice, added salt and a little dried herbs. The stuffing mix.
step-5
From the test I made 7 balls. Each roll with a rolling pin, filled with stuffing and wrapped so that the stuffing appeared inside the test.
step-6
One ball with the filling put in the centre and six around it. The cake turned out great...
step-7
Put cake in warm oven for 10 minutes to raise.
step-8
Removing it from the oven, spread the cake with a brush two egg yolks, adding a pinch of vanilla and 0.5 tsp oil. Put the pie in to bake for 25 minutes in the oven until it will turn brown at 180 degrees.
step-9
Took out the finished cake, wet the top with water and covered with a towel so that the ruddy crust was soft.
step-10
Broke off one of the cakes. It's certainly not one serving but two for sure...
step-11
Cut it in half. The dough is soft, fluffy. The filling is juicy and flavorful!
step-12
Well, very tasty pie! And who does not believe, asked to bake. Bon appetit!
step-13
Parboiled rice and wild.
