Cooking
First, let's do a test... Mix the milk and water. Cast half of the mixture into a glass, add 1 tablespoon sugar and yeast, stir well and let stand for 15 minutes. Should be a lush hat. Then add to the remaining water with milk, 2 cups flour and mix well. Close the bowl with the dough with foil and allow to approach 1 hour.

Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour, the dough has doubled in size. Then put on the table...
Turned out great yeast pastry, which you can bake whatever your heart desires... It can buns, crumpets, pies, etc. But we decided Easter braid... this dough should be divided into 3 equal parts, each of which is to form a long strip. Now, at first spread the jam, mixed with breadcrumbs... Suscipiam on top of the dough and it turned out that such a "sausage" stuffed inside...
On the second or raisins, which previously got our fill (rum or tea) and dried with a paper towel...
Now put all three lanes next to each other and weave the braid...
In order for the braids not lost during baking its shape I suggest to put it in a cake tin previously greased with butter and sprinkled with semolina or flour... If you do not have this form, you can use regular baking of cakes and put in the middle of the cylinder, twisted out of two or three layers of foil, with a diameter of about 10cm...
Now you need a pigtail to put on the delay, for 20-30 minutes... Then lubricate it with a mixture of beaten egg yolk (remember we had left for this purpose) and 2 tablespoons of milk... on Top you can sprinkle the braid with sesame seed...
Bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for 20-25 minutes, until Golden brown. Here's a beauty we did it!!!
