Cottage cheese balls in oat breadcrumbs
A quick, tasty snack. I added cottage cheese sun-dried tomatoes and Basil. But the taste can be very different. You can cook with olives, just greens or as prompt your imagination.

Ingredients

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Sundried tomatoes

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Oat flakes

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Pine nuts

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

1. Cereal pour on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

2. Add salt, pepper, drizzle with olive oil, mix well. Put in a preheated 160C oven. Dry cereal, stirring a couple of times, about 10 minutes.

3. Cottage cheese mixed with sun-dried tomatoes, nuts, chopped Basil and chopped garlic.

4. With a spoon take a little of the curd mass to form balls and roll them in oat flakes.
