Cooking
The day before cooking bars I welded a can of condensed milk for 3 hours. And cooled without removing it from the water. Mix everything until a uniform distribution of the syrup. In the end it should be a sticky mass that can be gathered into a ball. If the mass breaks apart, add a little more honey or maple syrup.
Spread the mixture in a covered baking pan, even out to get a thickness of approximately 1 cm and press it all (can the bottom of the beaker). Put it into the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes or until lightly Browning.
Baked muesli takes out of the oven and leave to cool completely without removing from baking sheet. Then cut it into pieces of desired shape and size. I cut into small squares.
