Description
Skewers of squid in teriyaki sauce will delight all lovers of Japanese cuisine and seafood. Additionally, the dish is easy to cook and fast. A great dish for a picnic.

Cooking
Squid cleaned of films, cut into strips. Pour sauce-marinade kikkoman teriyaki, leave to marinate for 60 minutes.
Put the squid on wooden skewers. Better skewers pre-soak in water so they do not burn. Make 6 skewers.
I baked it in the oven under the grill at 200 degrees for 2 minutes on both sides. Flipping over, brush with teriyaki sauce kikkoman (fresh from the bottle).
