I love cheesecake. But, unfortunately, a real cheesecake is expensive. Therefore, we model it as a favorite dessert - cheese cake with berries. Always been afraid to take on gelatin - not we were friends with him. But that's solved, and I think it turned out not bad))) Invited guests - and soon from my "cheesecake" is not gone) Try it, I think you will like it too. berries can be used any! I did the raspberry, strawberry, cherry. Photos had to do only with the first cherry!

The cooled jelly pour in the form with curd cake directly into berries cherries. Remind the recipe without baking) put the cake in the fridge until fully cured!!!
