Cooking
Prepare the required products.
Softened butter whipped with cane sugar Demerara.
Bananas mashed with a fork or punch in a blender to puree.
Banana mashed, add in the butter and mix well.
Next add sour cream and spices, mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt and knead the dough.
The finished dough put into a cold place for 8 hours.
From the chilled dough roll 60 balls. I got 2 large baking trays of 30 pieces. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
For the cream mix mascarpone with powdered sugar until smooth. The cream seemed too greasy, sweet and boring. So I decided to make a slight sourness. The resulting cream I divided into 3 parts.
One part was mixed with orange marmalade in a 1:1 ratio.
The second part mixed with cranberry jam (1:1).
The third part was mixed with Nutella in the same proportion. Accordingly, the amount of mascarpone needed in 2 times less.
The cooled Whoopie stick together in pairs with cream. Pour tea, coffee and treat!
