Walnut-poppy seed waffles
Meatless nut-poppy seed waffles turn out very flavorful, crispy and crumbly. Optionally, these waffles can be filled with fruit or berry filling. And it's my anniversary 600th recipe! Drinks on me!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Water

    90 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    50 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Make the dough for lean and delicious waffles. Mix sifted flour, salt, baking powder...

... and sugar (we taste).

We add the ground walnuts. Stir.

Add the poppy seeds and also stir.

Add the sunflower oil, stir.

Add water and stir.

The dough is ready, the consistency for pancakes. If the dough is too thick, add more water. Bake waffles in electrovalence and rolled into a tube. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
