Wheat sift, rinse very well, main thing is to avoid husks. Boil until tender in plenty of water. Season with a little salt.
Dried apricots and raisins, wash and pour boiling water. Leave for 20 minutes.
Dried apricots chopped.
Add the raisins.
The chopped nuts.
Wheat drain in a colander. Do not rinse. Hot add the dried fruits and nuts.
