Ravioli of zucchini stuffed with meat
Ravioli is a traditional Italian dish. Dough stuffed with minced meat and formed in the shape of squares. Who said that only from the test, and we would do the same square, but from the ZUCCHINI, less calories, more vegetables, an interesting presentation of the dishes TASTE...... it's something!!!

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Parsley

  • Allspice

Cooking

fry the finely chopped onions,carrots,peppers,minced meat,and parsley.Salt,pepper.For a bunch of the weight I added one spoonful of Bechamel sauce(this is optional)you can do without it.

kabachek cut along the thin layers,and fry on both sides in sunflower oil until tender.Allow to cool.

to fix the whole process failed(the hands were oily),so put up shots close up,with explanations.

put two fried zucchini in the shape of a cross(one another),spread in the middle ready the stuffing and close the ends alternately.Then turn the stitches down to the plate.

Ready.Serve with sour cream.Optionally, sprinkle with cheese.
