Fish rolls with cheese under a creamy mustard sauce. Tender fish with slices of white cheese with a delicious spicy sauce of cream, mustard and capers. It's too delicious!

Cooking
Fish fillet roll rolls, each roll wrapped in a piece of cheese. Pre-fillet with skin (preferably). I did not take off, as there was no time.
Rolls secured with toothpicks, so as not unfolded, and put on a small heat-resistant dish that you must drizzle with olive oil. Mix the broth with the lemon juice, add salt, pepper and coriander seeds. This mixture sprinkle the rolls, cover and place in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes.
The finished rolls to pass on to warmed plate, cover with foil and keep warm. Mix the egg yolks with the cream and mustard. I took the milk to reduce the calorie content of the sauce.
In a sauté pan, drain the juices from the roasting fish, heat. Then small portions enter the yolk-mustard mixture. Add the capers and cook the sauce on low heat until thick.
When serving, pour the fish sauce.
