Potatoes with cream sauce
A great side dish of potatoes which cost time and money. Quick and tasty.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Horseradish

    2 tsp

Potatoes well washed with a brush and boil in their skins.

To prepare the sauce, until cooked potatoes. curd proteret through a sieve, add the yogurt, crushed garlic, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and horseradish. Mix well.

Boiled potatoes, peel off skins, place on a plate, break into several pieces and pour over sauce. Bon appetit!!!
