Yeast bagels
Simple, buttery croissants with jam.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Jam

    400 g

Melt the margarine.

In a deep container put the egg (my eggs dukielskie, but the recipe is 1 egg), yeast, sugar, sour cream. Add melted margarine and mix well until a homogeneous mass.

Divide the dough into parts (for convenience of work with it). Thinly roll out. And we cut to dlinnenkie triangles.

In the wide part of the triangle put jam or jelly. You need not take any liquid that does not spread. In my version - quince jam.
