Cooking
Prepare the ingredients for the sponge cake.
In miscou sift flour. Put baking powder and 50 g of sugar.
Separately mix the egg yolks, lemon juice (I used acid) and vegetable oil.
Beat the whites with the remaining sugar.
Connect the whites with the yolk mass.
Three reception pour the dry ingredients and beat until a homogeneous mass.
No spread on oiled baking sheet and bake it in the oven for about 40-50 minutes (175 degrees).
