Apple granola
Very tasty. Once you try it, and granola is a favorite dish for Breakfast and for a snack.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    3 cup

  • Almonds

    0.5 cup

  • Seeds

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

    20 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Fruit puree

    1 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products.

Almond crush.

Mix dry products.

I used buckwheat flakes of TM Mistral. Lightly add salt.

Prepare the wet ingredients.

Mix up.

Add to dry ingredients liquid.

Mix thoroughly. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Put in a preheated 150 degree oven and bake 30 minutes. After some time take out the granola, let cool, put in a container with a tight lid and store in the fridge.
