  • Powdered sugar

Prepare all the ingredients.

Melt in a water bath chocolate and butter. Add vanilla sugar and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well with mixer after each addition.

Cereal flakes grind in a coffee grinder into flour. Cereal sift flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder into the chocolate mixture.

Mix well. Cover the bowl with foil, put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours, to harden the dough.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour powdered sugar into a small bowl. Teaspoon pinch off a little dough and with your palms roll it into a ball the size of 2.5 cm (the dough should be cold and crisp). Put the balls in the powdered sugar and do a good job, the pastry should be covered with a thick layer of powder.

Spread on a baking sheet at a distance of 3-4 cm (until the first pan of cookies is baked, the remaining dough put in the refrigerator). Bake for 10-15 minutes ( cookies will crack; if the consistency is correct, when baking sugar powder remains on the surface of the cookie and is not absorbed.
