Rustic pie with peaches

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Margarine

    6 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Peach

    3 piece

To prepare the cake. For this mix the flour with the salt. Chop this mixture with margarine. Add 4-6 tbsp water. Knead the dough.

Wash peaches, remove the bone and cut into thin slices.

Put the dough in the form. To make the bumpers.

On the dough put peaches.

Beat the filling: sour cream, eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. Pour on the peaches.

Bake for 40 minutes. Until the dough is browned.
