Cooking
Tomatoes, cut into halves, remove seeds. Eggplants in half lengthwise. Pepper cut into slices, remove seeds. All of the prepared vegetables spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Garlic, onion, parsley puree them and add butter, all mix well. Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, sprinkle with salt, spread on top the prepared mixture of onion, garlic and herbs. On top sprinkle with some more oil.
Put in oven on lowest temperature and bake 3-5 hours. Eggplant, peppers and small tomatoes cook faster, remove them as cooking.
Prepared vegetables put in jars, layering them with slices of garlic and cover with oil, keep it in the fridge. Bon appetit!
