Dressing, Gravy
I have to say, twists are not engaged. But I tried this gravy with potatoes from a neighbor, I wanted to do. And then Mommy brought a private garden, different varieties of tomatoes, well, Sin not to do! This gravy can also be added to soups and roasts, etc.. it Turns thick. This is the second portion, the first one was in July. All OK. One Bank tried to throw in a roasted sweet pepper filled with gravy, and is also all normal. Well, sooooo delicious, try it!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    4 kg

  • Onion

    2 kg

  • Spices

  • Sugar

    1.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Wash tomatoes, remove stalks and cut into quarters. Onion peel and cut into cubes.

Tomato mince with a small nozzle or in a juicer.

Juice ready to pour into the cauldron without a lid and cook for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, depending on the tomatoes (I had fleshy).

While the juice is cooking, simmer the chopped onion in vegetable oil under the lid on low heat until cream color. Onions should not crunch.

Onions are ready pour in the juice and boil all together. Gravy should not be runny. 10 minutes until cooked add Salt, Sugar, Black pepper. All added to your liking.
