Don't know how to translate into Russian the pastries, but tasty.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    40 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    80 g

  • Pudding

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Almonds

Ingredients.

The mould grease with butter or margarine.

Proteins separated from the yolks and beat in a solid foam.

Margarine, sugar, egg yolks, flour, pudding, vanilla, milk, baking powder all in a bowl, stir with a mixer.

Add the beaten egg whites, chocolate chips or chocolate lenses. Mix well.

Spread the prepared mixture in the mold.

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
