1. to cook sea Kale: a bag of dry kelp soak it in hot water for 10 -15 minutes, drain the water, rinse it with cold water, mix with a spoon of soy sauce and let stand for 5 minutes.
2. in a bowl put seaweed, sauerkraut and peas. Salad burnt butter and mix well. Tasty and healthy!!! Bon appetit!!!
