Meat in Japanese
This is the most favorite hot dish to my family (always stand in a queue for more), the meat is delicious and flavorful

Ingredients

  • Beef

    1 kg

  • Cabbage

    0.5 plug

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Sesame

    5 cup

  • Soy sauce

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

Prepare all the ingredients. Meat rinse well, put in a bowl and pour mineral water (I did it in the evening) to put in a cool place.

Cut the meat into cubes across the grain, like the beef Stroganoff.

Onions cut into thin half-rings. The cabbage in thin stripes long ~7-8 cm,then add few salt and gently squeeze. Pepper - cubes (I cut large).

Mix butter and soy sauce, bring to a boil. In the boiling oil put the meat and fry until browned.

The meat put onion and fry until Golden brown.

When the onions are browned, add sesame seeds.

Add the bell pepper.

When the pepper is slightly browned, reduce the heat and add the cabbage. Fry until cooked cabbage.

All of the fry on high heat stirring continuously. Do not add salt, cover to cover. I made this beauty and vkusnoty. BON APPETIT!!!
