Salad jelly
The recipe I read in one of his many culinary magazines. I tried to cook, what happened happened, you judge.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

  • Gelatin

    1 cup

Cooking

Gelatin cover with water and leave for 40 minutes.

Chicken breast boil, cool and cut into slices.

Onion finely chop and fry in sunflower oil.

Grate cheese on a grater.

Dill finely chop.

Gelatin to warm to dissolve, pour it in the broth. Mix all ingredients, add mayonnaise, a little salt, pour the broth with gelatin and refrigerate overnight.
