Cooking
Margarine to soften but not completely melt. Add the sugar and stir thoroughly.
Then add sour cream, mix well.
Add the ground oatmeal. I shredded them in a blender. I have cereal Extra. Mix well.
Add soda mixed with a small amount of flour, the cinnamon and the remaining flour.
I kneaded the dough on the table, which is easier to control the amount of flour. Once the dough has stopped being sticky, so flour will be enough. The remaining flour will roll out the dough.
The dough I rolled out not very thin. Using the roller for the dough I cut the circles with a stencil. Stencil cut out on the bottom of a muffin tin.

From the remnants of dough I rolled up the balls, and then using your fingers made these kind of baskets. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. While cookies bake, make the caramel. To do this, pour sugar into a saucepan and melt over low heat, stirring constantly until caramel color. Pour in the warm caramel fresh cream ( I have drinking, Pets). Carefully, the caramel squirts, you can get burned!!! The caramel will seize in one piece, don't worry. And simmer on very low heat, stirring occasionally. Caramel disperse. Cook until thick caramel on the cold spoon.
Now, on to the cheesecake base. Fat cottage cheese to combine with fatty cream and sugar. Carefully beat with a blender. In a Cup sprinkle gelatin fill it with cold milk, allow to swell, then to warm up before full dissolution of gelatin, but do not boil!!! I heated in the microwave. First, for 15 seconds, stirred, then another 15 seconds until completely dissolved. Strain the curd mass and mix well.

Then I took silicone molds for cupcakes, made with cling film. On the bottom put the pink part of the curds, put in the freezer for 5 minutes. Then in the middle put a bit of caramel.
Top closed, white cottage cheese, flattened.
And covered biscuits, crushed. The top was covered with film and put in the freezer for 1 hour.
Then remove top film, flip onto a plate and remove the internal film. Here's a dessert I got...
And here's razrezik... Very tasty, especially the pink layer...
Shapers I have such a little, so I made another and in a small deep plate. You can take a salad bowl. The plate I made wrapping film with pimples. First, put the remaining layer of pink pulp, made it freeze. Then caramel and shut down the white cheese mass. Also in the cold for 1 hour.
