Description

Bars-muesli
Muesli was invented in 1900 by Swiss doctor Maximilian Bircher-Benner for patients of the hospital, where fruits and vegetables were a necessary part of a healthy diet. The term comes from the German noun "Mus" — "mashed potatoes". Muesli in its modern form has spread in Western countries since the 1960-ies the growth of interest in healthy eating and diets with low fat content. Offer a baked version of this dish without sugar, which is perfect for both adults and children
