Pineapple cheesecakes
This unusual version of cheesecake for those who like and even pineapples.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    12 piece

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Semolina

    50 g

  • Flour

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

Ingredients.

Remove the pineapples from the syrup, put in a sieve and drain off the syrup. Mix curd, sugar, semolina, flour, eggs and baking powder. Let stand for 10 min.

In a pan pour oil and heat. Pineapples dipped in batter, coat well on all sides.

Fry first one side under a lid until Golden brown. Flip and fry without closing on the other side until Golden brown. Spread on paper towel to remove excess oil. Allow to cool completely.

Very tasty with milk, with ice cream or just sour cream.
