We love to receive guests, but more often it's just quiet gatherings with friends, who can come to our house anytime, even without warning. And then it helps me, this simple snack while all the rest is done.

First, prepare the ingredients: cucumber wash and cut into slices, boil the rice according to the instructions, dill chopped, salted fish cut into small cubes.
