Cooking
Heat a dry frying pan, fry the seeds, stirring regularly, until they become a Golden color and toasty aroma. Remove from heat, transfer to a plate. Add the chopped parsley, garlic cloves and lim. juice. You can add a spoonful of rust. oil. Salt-pepper to taste.
Lettuce wash and tear into large chunks. Mushrooms, if fresh, wash, chop and pour lim. juice. Melt the oil in a skillet, throw the mushrooms (if frozen, right out of the package, not defrosting). Sauté 3 minutes, fresh or frozen - about 5 minutes, so that the excess liquid is gone.
Champy put on serving plate lined with lettuce leaf or without leaf, pour the marinade and cover it with leaves. Mix well. It is better to eat warm, so it tastes better.
