Hedgehogs with cheese
This recipe I saw on the package of meat about a year ago, I decided to try and have not regretted, now our house is one of the favorite dishes. My husband liked it so much that now constantly asking to cook them))

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Figure

    1 handful

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

If you have a ready-made stuffing from the store, the ground beef thawed, onion chopped, cheese to RUB on a grater, mix everything well. I did mince my own onions and cheese along with the meat flowing through a meat grinder.

Season with salt and pepper. Rice, rinse well and add to the mince, beat the egg and mix well, to obtain a practically homogeneous mass.

Of minced meat formed small balls (usually I get 12-15 pieces) and spread on a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil. Diminish the heat to medium and fry the hedgehogs on both sides.

Pepper finely chop, send the pan to the hedgehogs, tomato diluted in a glass of hot water. When hedgehogs are browned cover them with tomato sauce, pour desired amount of water (to almost cover the hedgehog), a little salt and pepper, put a Bay leaf. Close the lid and cook on medium heat for 30 min.

Here are delicious hedgehogs eventually will) Serve, in principle, with any side dish like I usually do mashed potatoes and salad and cucumbers-tomatoes.
