Description

White rice cream
This dish can be served as a separate dish or even a chocolate mousse. Recipe taken from the book "Desserts" from the series " Good food ".

    150 ml

In a saucepan pour the milk, put the rice from the Mistral, sugar, lemon peel. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum. Cover and simmer 25 min. stirring occasionally. The rice should be soft but remain crumbly.

Remove from heat and remove peel. Put in an enamel or glass dish. Cool. Add the cream and beat until stiff. But look to the cream turned into butter.

Put in kremanki. Serve cold. You can sprinkle the top with chocolate or nuts.
