Pies of puff pastry
Delicate puff pastry with juicy stuffing!

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    500 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

Prepare the filling: finely chop the tomatoes (remove the juicy pulp), bell pepper, sausage, onion and fennel, cheese three on a coarse grater, pepper and all mix well.

Take the dough...

From the dough make small lepeshechki, the half of the cake spread 1 tablespoon of the filling.

Cover with other half and well suscipiam.

Put the patties on the sheet, grease with beaten egg and put in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes.
