Chickpeas soup with nutmeg
Useful soup with chickpeas! Recommend!

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Tomato juice

    300 ml

  • Olive oil

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.333 tsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

Cooking

Chickpeas, cover with water and leave for 5 hours. Boil the chickpeas until tender (I cooked for 40 minutes in a slow cooker skorovar ke).

Onion, pepper, tomato to slice and fry in butter, on high heat, stirring occasionally.

Reduce fire, add juice from tomatoes in their own juice, spices.

Add chickpeas, stir.

Bring to a boil, and heat under a lid for 5 minutes. The obtained blend in a blender.

Pour into soup bowls, add the optional grated cheese, sesame seeds and herbs. Serve hot!
