Salad
Here's a simple, familiar from childhood. But the addition of roasted flax seeds dramatically changes its flavor for the better. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Pickled cucumber

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

  • Flax seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Pre-cook or bake the potatoes. Peel and cut into medium dice. Put into a bowl.

Pickled cucumbers cut into medium dice. Put in the bowl with potatoes.

Finely chop the onion, add to vegetables.

Fry in a pan flax seeds, a couple of minutes on medium heat.

Add green peas, chopped parsley and roasted flax seeds.

Stir, salt to taste, season with fragrant sunflower oil.
