Warm salad with asparagus
Very quick and delicious salad! And vitamins and jump! Treat! Go!

Ingredients

  • Asparagus

    250 g

  • Radishes

    10 piece

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 pinch

Cooking

Asparagus to clean. Cut off hard part of asparagus at the end

Asparagus is cut in half.

Green onions cut into large pieces. Radish wash and cut into quarters.

Chili pepper cut in half and remove the seeds. Cut into half rings

In a pan heat sunflower oil. Fry on medium heat the vegetables until soft. Salt. mix gently. Add at the end the butter. Remove from the heat.
