Pizza evening

Description

Why is "evening"? Just I usually cook pizza on yeast dough. And if not(and in the freezer stock either), evening, the family is hungry and want pizza - TA's!!!! There is a recipe that quickly and without much labor is all about.

Ingredients

Chicken egg

Sour cream

Vegetable oil

2 Tbsp
Flour

2 cup
Sausage

400 g
Green peas

0.5 pack
Onion

Tomato

Cheese

Mustard

Cooking

Make a batter of cream, eggs, butter,salt and flour. Roll out on a greased baking tray and grease to taste mustard.

Put cubes chopped sausage(meat, chicken, mince) and peas.

Cut onion rings, thin slices of tomato, fine herbs: chives, dill, and parsley.

Put the sausage into the onion, then the tomato and greens, fill this beauty with grated cheese and put it into the preheated oven for 30 minutes(depends on oven).
