Cooking
In a large bowl or in a food processor combine the cheese, butter, sugar. The mass gradually add the egg yolks. The whites aside. In another bowl, mix flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. The resulting mixture is mixed with the curd mass. Then all mix well and add the cognac. With protein and a pinch of salt beat stiff foam and mix carefully with the curd test. The form for the headstock well lubricated with oil and sprinkle with flour or breadcrumbs. Spread in the batter and level. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees and bake 45 minutes.
Remove from oven, allow to cool in the form. Gently remove from the mold.
