A simple hearty salad with spicy dressing is good as a standalone vegetable dish, and can also be a great side dish to fish or meat.

Horseradish

Cooking
Beets cut into small cubes.
To the beets add the beans and corn.
For the filling mix the olive oil with the horseradish and mustard, salt. Dressed salad.
