Output, on the street beauty, the sun is shining, the ground is covered with white snow blanket, around the deserted and quiet, only occasionally glimpse in the distance a machine or a person, and you're in the company of best friends sitting in such a warm and crackling in the stove fire. In my opinion, is a great atmosphere for cooking borscht, so here goes. Put the cauldron on the stove, pour a little sunflower oil and give to proselytise. It's been a little over an hour of waiting, brightened up by cheerful intercourse with friends. All managed to bring the latest news, share experiences and even skip a few drinks cold and clear as a tear, forty-degree drink, warming the body and cheering the soul. So, it's time to remove the cauldron from the stove, take a pan and start to brown the vegetables. Pour into the pan a little sunflower oil, add in the oven a few logs and start to fry the onion. Once it becomes almost transparent, as some say: "glass", add to it grated on a coarse grater carrots, salt and fry a little more, just a couple of minutes not forgetting to stir constantly. Now it's time for tomatoes. The soup will be without tomato paste, so I cut three small tomato and send it to the carrots. And add almost at the end of cooking a little butter. Light creamy note so well accentuate the taste of vegetables.
Roasted onions with carrot and tomato, remove from heat and place while in a separate bowl, let stand up and wait in the wings.
And in the meantime we put in the pan grated on a coarse grater beets, season with a little salt and will also begin to apply. And yet, we need to maintain a beautiful beet color. You may be advised to add vinegar, don't agree. Worse than a lemon? Too sour, but a warm, tasty, healthy and flavorful! Should not be tormented with doubts, we just squeeze the beet juice from half lemon. It would seem that you can just zagotoviti beets, but then it will just sour, it has a lot of sugar from nature, but still not enough! Many people simply add a little sugar, and we will go further, step up and attenin the taste of beets, add finely chopped sweet Apple and Perry wait a little bit more. You can remove the pan from heat and set aside aside.
Now everything! Beets are ready and will also be waiting in the wings next to the carrot.
Put back the cauldron on the stove. See what soup we have. And then, nothing complicated, you just need to wait until the broth comes to a boil, and begin to assemble the soup. The first thing to send into the cauldron diced potatoes, and in ten minutes the cabbage will keep her company and will cook five minutes, waiting for the beets. I already teasing with questions when ready the soup, and I shrug, asking to wait a bit and calm people assurances about emergency preparedness meals. And there is really very little. Add into the cauldron the beets, wait two minutes, and carrots with onions go after beets. Another two or three minutes, and will be ready...
And over the two or three minutes, quickly cut a few cloves of garlic and throws them into the cauldron, cover the cauldron lid and quickly bring in the house, already there waiting with spoons at the ready friends and family members.
Slowly and with dignity, to go to the kitchen, put a cauldron on the stove, along the way watching hungry eyes principalships to garlic-meat smell of people. Open the lid of the cauldron and wrapped fragrant whitish clouds of steam, ask the main question: "to soup?" And hear a friendly "ME!!!" Well, we can no longer keep people waiting.
