Potatoes
Amazingly delicious and very flavorful potatoes which can be eaten as a garnish, and as a separate dish. Recipe found online and modified slightly.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Fat

    150 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Spices

Potatoes clean, wash and boil in salted water until soft, 7-10 minutes after boiling.

Salo cut into small cubes and spread on the bottom of the baking dish. My husband loves bacon, so I took a little more.

When potatoes are ready, a little cool and put on fat. If the potatoes are large, cut into halves, if small, can leave whole. Sprinkle with pepper and dried dill.

Wash tomatoes, cut out the seeds and cut into small cubes. To put on top of potatoes.

Cheese to grate, squeeze 2 cloves of garlic, mix well cheese with garlic and spread on tomatoes.

Bake at 250 C on the lowest tier of the oven for about 15-20 minutes (my electric oven), until Golden brown cheese. The fat is melted and all the grease will go into the potatoes and top would make a very tasty crust!
